Viking Birds are bird enemies that inhabit the Desert of Dijiridoos in Rayman Origins. They are static enemies, always in groups, sitting on staffs much like the Notebirds from the same level. Players must not jump on their heads, as they have them covered by harmful spiky helmets. Players can make Viking Birds disappear by pressing the button that disables the staff, though they can return if the players enable it again. To make Viking Birds disappear permanently, the players must bubblize them with a slap. Viking Birds are yellow in colour, with small orange beaks and slanted eyelids, and wear a dark-blue spiky helmet.
