List of cheats in Rayman 2
What follows is a list of cheats in Rayman 2.
Nintendo 64 version
Gain maximum health
Press and release the R button to the rhythm of the Rayman 2 theme. With the right timing, Rayman's health bar will increase to maximum capacity and all health will be restored.
Enter bonus level without all Yellow Lums and cages
On the "Access Denied" screen that appears when a level is beaten without every Yellow Lum being collected and every cage being broken, press the buttons A, C Up, C Left, C Right, C Left, C Right in order. The word cheat should appear and the bonus stage will load upon pressing the A button.
The word cheat can be seen under Press A to continue.
Get infinite shots during Razorbeard fight
During the last part of the fight with Razorbeard, when Rayman is piloting a flying shell, fly to the highest point in the area and hold the A and B buttons as Rayman touches the roof. Rayman will be transported to a hidden area in which the player must dodge barriers in his way. Upon reaching the end of this area, Rayman will be transported back to the main area with infinite shots, signified by the shots changing colour to blue.
Passing through the light gives the player infinite shots.
In the final part of the Tomb of the Ancients, stand on the third panel away from the entrance to the Technical Check-up where Rayman fights Clark. Hold the buttons L + R while pressing A, B, A, B, A, B in order. The music should change and a crate should appear. Jump on the crate and then jump against the wall to enter a hard to see hole, leading to the hidden area.

Control Razorbeard's ship during the end credits
During the end credits, hold down Z and press A and B several times at the same time. You will then be able to control Razorbeard's ship using the analog stick. By keeping Z pressed, you can make it slow down or speed up, again with the stick. By continuing to press A and B you will occasionally see blue or red sparks sparkle on the screen.

Duke Nukem references
On the second section of the the Iron Mountains when Rayman is on the balloon, repeatedly press and release Z. Messages referring to Duke Nukem will appear. Those messages don't do anything.

Access Menezis
The minigame can be accessed by holding C-Left and quickly and repeatedly pressing the A + B buttons simultaneously during the credits.

PC version
Upgrade magic fist
Open the pause menu by pressing Esc during gameplay, then type GLOWFIST. A round of applause will play and Rayman will acquire the improved magic fist usually obtained in the Canopy.
Restore health
Open the pause menu by pressing Esc during gameplay, then type GIMMELIFE. A round of applause will play and Rayman's health will be restored.
Gain 5 Yellow Lums
Open the pause menu by pressing Esc during gameplay, then type GIMMELUMZ. A round of applause will play and Rayman will acquire five extra Yellow Lums.
Go to any level
Open the pause menu by pressing Esc during gameplay, then type GOTHERE. A round of applause will play and the player will be able to use the up and down arrow keys to select a level, and then press enter to visit that level on the world map. This can sometimes affect the number of collected Yellow Lums on levels prior the one selected by the player.
The name of the selected level is at the top of the screen.
Unlock grappling power
Open the pause menu by pressing Esc during gameplay, then type HANGON. A round of applause will play and Rayman will now be able to swing from Purple Lums. Note that this cheat is useless as the first Purple Lum is encountered after Rayman has gained the power to grab from them.

The Access Denied text will be changed to Access Granted and the word cheat should appear and the bonus stage will load upon pressing the Enter key.

Skip cutscenes
Type NOMOVIES on the pause menu to unlock the option to skip cutscenes with the enter button.
New loading screens
Type ALLVIGN on the pause menu to unlock 6 new loading screens that will replace all the other loading screens.
Disable Murfy
Type NOMOREMURFY on the pause menu to disable any hints from Murfy.
In the final part of the Tomb of the Ancients, stand on the third panel away from the entrance to the Technical Check-up where Rayman fights Clark. Type PLAYJEFF and a crate should appear. Jump on the crate and then jump against the wall to enter a hard to see hole, leading to the hidden area.

Control Razorbead + Access Menezis
Type in SHOOTEMUP during credits so you can control Razorbeard's ship. By pressing space the player can access the Menezis minigame early.

Dreamcast version
While Rayman is standing under a waterfall, repeatedly press and release either the A button to access Lift, B button to access Invade, X button to access Toile or Y button to access Pyram. A screen will appear reading "Access Granted" and Rayman will be transported to the minigame.
Lift can be accessed by repeatedly pressing the A button.

Weblums can be accessed by repeatedly pressing the X button.
Pyralums can be accessed by repeatedly pressing the Y button.
Enter Globox Disc without crystals
On the title screen, press the Start button. As the camera pans down, hold the L and R buttons down and press the B button four times. A jingle should play and an option to play Globox Disc should appear on the main menu.

Randomize textures
At any time, press the buttons Down, A, Down, B, A, Y, X on Controller 2. After the next loading screen, random textures will be applied to every surface in the game.

Visiting this area with 700, 800, and 900 Yellow Lums will reveal three cheats that can be used in various areas throughout the game.

Restore health (Fahrenheit)
This cheat is revealed when 700 Yellow Lums are collected. The hint reads "To gain life points, try to shoot on a bridge". Unfortunately, this text was confused with the next cheat, Gauntlet. To restore all of Rayman's health, stand on a bridge and repeatedly jump on it. The word "Fahrenheit" should appear on the screen and Rayman's health should be restored.
Here are some locations were the code can be triggered:
- In the final section of the Fairy Glade, on the brige above the polluted water.
- In the first section of the Marshes of Awakening, at the end of the first bridge.
- In the first section of the Bayou, at the end of the bridge just after the player climbs the ladder.
- In the second section of Whale Bay, at the end of the bridge which is located high up, after the stairs with Red Lums.
- in the first section of the Sanctuary of Rock and Lava, at the end of the 1st bridge of the level just before the big net.

Gain three Power Fists (Gauntlet)
This cheat is revealed when 800 Yellow Lums are collected. The hint reads "To gain 3 Mega-Shoots, try to jump under a well". Unfortunately, this text was confused with the previous cheat, Fahrenheit. To gain three Power Fists, stand at the bottom of a vertical passageway and repeatedly shoot. The word "Gauntlet" should appear on the screen and Rayman should gain three Power Fists.
Here are some locations were the code can be triggered:
- In the the Woods of Light, just under the hole where the player destroys the first cage.
- In the third section of the Fairy Glade, just under the hole where the Robo-Pirate breaks the sparadrap with the keg.
- In the first section of the Sanctuary of Water and Ice, under the hole before the first wall-mounted net.
- In the first section of the Canopy, where the spider is waiting.
- In the first section of the Echoing Caves, under the hole where the Gorilla Pirate is waiting.
- In the end of the 2nd section of the Tomb of the Ancients, in front of the wall-mounted net just after the pirate who throws barrels at the player.

Restore health (Pickwitt)
This cheat is revealed when 900 Yellow Lums are collected. The hint reads "To recover full life, try to push a tree". To restore all of Rayman's health, keep walking into a tree. The word "Pickwitt" should appear on the screen and Rayman's health should be restored.
Here are some locations were the code can be triggered:
- In the second section of the Fairy Glade, walk against the big tree.
- In the final section of the Menhir Hills, walk against the tree stump.
- At the end of the first section of Whale Bay, walk against the big palm tree.
- In the first section of the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire, walk against the tree you came from.
- In the first section of the Echoing Caves, walk against the big tree near the crevasse.

Ganesh Dieu des Mimis
In the first section of The Sanctuary of Water and Ice, stand in front of the big door and, before opening it, shoot on it multiple time until the message "Ganesh Dieu des Mimis" appears. This will restore the player's life and gives the player Power Fists. The message "Ganesh Dieu des Mimis" can be translated by "Ganesha God of Mimis".
By shooting the door the player will gain Full Life and Power Fists.
Atari Forever
In the final part of The Precipice, stand in front of the Pirate door before opening it and shoot on it multiple time until the message "Atari Forever" appears with a link to the website Atari-History. This will give the player Full Life and Power Fists.

Cigale and Ritchy
In the first section of Tomb of the Ancients, if the player doesn't open the first door of the level and go to the 1,000th lums secret chamber the message "Cigale and Ritchy's Secret Place" will appear. This message doesn't do anything and can only be reached by using cheats or glitches.

The message can also be triggered on the 3DS by using a collision glitch.
Duke Nukem references
On the second section of the the Iron Mountains when Rayman is on the balloon, repeatedly press and release Left Trigger. Messages referring to Duke Nukem will randomly appear. Those messages don't do anything.

PlayStation 2 version
On the main menu, go to options, language, voices, then go on Raymanian without validating it. Hold the L1 and R1 buttons and, at the same time, quickly press L2, R2, L2, R2, L2, R2. A music will be heard then a menu proposing the 3 mini-games will appear.

During a game of Baby Football, hold the L1 and R1 buttons and, at the same time, quickly press L2, R2, L2, R2, L2, R2. Names will appear above the heads of the players.

During the game, press Start, go to Sound. Go on Mute without validating it. Then hold the L1 and R1 buttons and, at the same time, quickly press L2, R2, L2, R2, L2, R2. A music will be heard then a menu proposing different cheats will appear.

Access The Schplong mini-game
On the second section of the the Iron Mountains when Rayman is on the balloon, repeatedly press and release Square or Circle. The message "Rayman is a killing spree" will appear then a mini-game similar to Pong while appear shortly afterwards.
