旋轉沙鈴
旋轉沙鈴（Turnstiles）是出現在音樂國度中的一種平台，登場於雷曼初代及其衍生作品。它們由多個沙鈴組成，圍繞固定或移動的軸旋轉，旋轉方式可以是連續的，也可以是按固定時間間隔進行的。
在雷曼設計師中，共有六種不同版本可供選擇：
- Big turnstile to the bottom
- Small turnstile to the right
- Small turnstile to the right bottom -45
- Elastic turnstile to the right
- Elastic turnstile to the left
- Elastic turnstile to the right top -45
