Rayman Pirate-Community

Hello forum-goers, I'm looking for any drawings that Michel Ancel has drawn of Rayman characters, in particular the doodles that he has given to fans and journalists.
This is what I've got so far, does anyone have more?

Ah, no, I can't find the images I was looking for which were the ones of inside Grub's apartment, inside the asylum, and the ones of aeropolis in day, twilight and night.
Just wanna make sure we have our sources straight.

Somebody said to me that the circle on Rayman's chest was a plug socket, a throwback to when he was supposed to be in a virtual world, which is...interesting, and makes sense since it's where his powers would "plug into", though it only resembles one kind of socket to me and that's an audio socket ...

That's interesting, I may not undestand French but can glean it from good old google translate. Soooo... Rayman wished to go back to the Fairy council forest, that makes sense. It seems like he even wished the events never happened and to go back to the first night,since Globox says that black lums ...

I noticed a little way back ago the discussion of Rayman 2 beta and scrapped level designs and such, there's an interesting piece of footage here.
Ly's Swimming animation is still in Rayman 2 by the way, this is visible using Raymap.

Who is the red adult "globox" in the Globox villiage?

A similar looking character is seen in the Ps1 advert for Rayman 2 and in the Rayman Adventures trailer.

It seems likely to me that perhaps Globox's beta design was infact red, and a throwback to this was made both in The Globox ...

Truth be told I think this is just to make sure Ubisoft keeps the rights to Rayman. IP rights run out after a certain amount of time and need to be renewed, doesn't stop Ubisoft from sitting on those rights and doing nothing.

Welp. Looks like I'm gonna have to delete every single one of these, individually.

He is an anthropomorphic atom, it's the closest we've got, anyway.

I might not get anywhere with this. But does anyone know anything about the CG scene in these trailers? the one showing Rayman with a red character. I think these come from the original concept for Rayman 2.

It's euphemistic for ginger.

Why is Rayman ginger?

A mosquito named Bzzit appears in Rayman Revolution, perhaps this is where the name comes from?
