I got Globox, and he's a lot bigger than I expected. However, they spelled his name "Globlox", no doubt confusing him with the game Roblox which every middle school kid plays.

To this day I wish Tily had been reused as the new playable character for Rayman Legends. It would feel so much less forced. I've tried to open my heart to Barbara for thirteen years now but I just can't come around on her.

Rayman Origins is a great game but after playing Legends a lot and going back to it, the controls have always felt very finnicky and unresponsive. I hope they update them to be more like Legends here, unless it breaks the game somehow.

I know there's a million things to observe with this, but I have to acknowledge that having David Gasman and Billy West back to voice their characters from Rayman 3 is completely unbelievable to me. The Collector's Edition is cool in theory, but if you buy it, the book will no longer neatly fit among others on your shelf. Now you'll have to set aside space for those Rayfeet and make it a cornerstone of your room. I suppose if you're building a Rayman shrine, that's not such a bad thing!

The Rayman brand has such a comically strong hold on me. I know for a fact I'll play this damn game maybe once in my life. No, I spent $300 so I could have small pieces of plastic and I know it and I'm happy about it. No other brand would make me do this! At 28!

Got the shell plush in the mail at last. It's surreal looking at it in my house. To me it's always been a fandom myth, an item I would never personally own but might see occasionally on someone else's post. Now I just have it? Crazy.
