- This day went by much quicker than I would have liked, but at least it was pretty relaxing

+ Watched the Hobbit Trilogy in a film theatre yesterday as part of a marathon.
- Consequently skipped most of today while catching up on sleep. During my intermittent wake-ups, I saw it was a beautiful day today. Woke up when it was over. x)
- Broke my rig because I'm dumb.
+ Gonna rebuild my rig, this time better than before.

That's SNES Jim recorded via RGBs (with me showing off a trick that's much easier than it looks, hence the title), and I think it looks absolutely excellent, in that it's nearly impossible to tell it apart from an emulator recording other than minor differences in color output between the console (an RGB-modded SNS-101) and the emulator, apart from a minor halo effect around text that isn't that noticeable unless you're specifically looking for it. It's especially great in comparison to my old upscaler (some old generic piece of shit I got from Amazon), which had terrible issues with nearly everything related to its output, including being disgustingly oversaturated, disgustingly bright, and not correctly detecting 240p signals, interlacing them and adding around 35ms of lag.
EDIT: Just realized that it isn't going to show up properly in the embedded player since the video is actually 16:9 and not 4:3; sorry about that, just watch in fullscreen.
