I mentioned this earlier a month or so back (maybe two, now) - maybe you missed it -, but my grandfather passed away. We set free his ashes the day after Boxing Day.That last sentence intrigues me though...

Nah, sister! Ad lives in Canada, whereas I live in Holland. There's a nine hour gap between us - while over there, I suddenly realised how bad it is; just when you've woken up and you're about to begin your day, the day here has reached its end. Then the next nine or so hours are spent with waiting for the Dutchies to get back up from bed, right at the time when your happy Canadian self goes to bed. It's a rather unfortunate temporal loopfuck.Speaking of timezones, I would have expected yours and Ad's to be rather close.
