Re: The You Game!
Ah, that's good. < feels good about that.
Re: The You Game!
^ should write about how ^ feels good about that in ^'s diary
Re: The You Game!
< has never owned a diary
Re: The You Game!
< knows that ^ is lying
Re: The You Game!
< was indeed lying, when < wrote that.
Re: The You Game!
< asks ^ how it's going?
Re: The You Game!
The diary? < has no diary. < explained ^ caught < out about lying. Lying down, that is.
< is in one big lying mood.

Re: The You Game!
nah, < meant in life
Re: The You Game!
Life is being a bitch to < atm. How's it for you?
Re: The You Game!
< can't complain, sorry to hear that
Re: The You Game!
< somehow senses ^ is really enjoying life atm.
Re: The You Game!
< has problems from time to time, but < still enjoys life through them. After all, without the downs, there can be no ups
Re: The You Game!
< would love to move somewhere, perhaps a large city, and see where fate takes <.
Re: The You Game!
< warns that relying on fate can be dangerous

Re: The You Game!
< couldn't recommend London unless ^^ has family or friends there who would let you stay for free/low rent. Can ^^ see ^^ having the opportunity to move up north? (Your finances must be really tight, especially since Christmas and New Year happened...)
Re: The You Game!
< did consider it. Around a year ago, < was informally offered a job with a lettings agent in Barnsley. < sorta lost contact with that person and now < is somewhat regretting it.
< wonders how ^ and ^^ feel about living in London. Cost is an issue though, as ^ mentioned.

Re: The You Game!
Well < has to move there properly by April, but proximity to work is the main reason. < preferred living in Cambridge, since it's quieter and more picturesque, plus < doesn't care as much for things like clubbing as most others do.
London's fine though, if you don't mind the crowds and smells and noise etc. although price can certainly be an issue, < has no idea how < is going to find a flat by april. Hey Xenon wanna share a flat?

Re: The You Game!
Honestly, <'s best job opportunities are here in London. And < absolutely loves everything about the place - the grime, the people, the mix of cultures, the white skies. But it is horrendously expensive, everything from rent to travel. Travel is actually cheaper than most English cities, but because London is so big we need to do a lot more of it than others. Plus, rich tycoons are buying up lots of land to the extent that precious living space is being allocated almost exclusively to that market. < is lucky to have been raised here and therefore have a guaranteed home if things go pear-shaped, as they have.
So that ^ and ^^ know for their flatmate adventures, the cheapest areas are in the southeast - < would recommend Charlton as a nice, safe place with a comparatively cheap cost of living.
Cambridge is an absolutely lovely city though.
