I did also have a red rakhshi and Gali Nuva too
Incidentally, I thought all the toa were female until the movie came along

EDIT: Just checked, it was a Kohrak-Kal that I had

My family was a bit late to the bionicle party, so we only ever had nuvas. My little sister got super sexy Tahu

They thinned out Gali's face in the movie to extra girlify her :(

Never got me hands on a Tahu Nuva, Kopaka was my favourite, and I also had Lewa and Gali, and I found a Pohatu a couple of years ago

Did you notice that in the movie, every toa got their arse kicked by Rahkshi except for Kopaka who never had any problems?

That's cos Kopaka was the Silent Badass. Ice is always the best it seems.
Ah Pohatu, the Brian Blessed of the bionicle universe, I always wanted to get him

I feel I should mention that he is by far the best voice actor in the entirety of TMOL. No wonder he's as prolific as he has been.

I've also realised that I had Takanuva's set too. Why the FUCK did I give them all away? Apart from, you know, giving children the chance to play with toys instead of hoarding them away?

I still have my collection saved around here, although I already sold 2 Metru Nui Matorans because, eh...

These will still be my favourites:

I have more of them in my collection but these that I listed are my favourites.

The movie had a lot of issues, starting with the animation and graphical treatment that could have been better and there was already better than that in that time. I also did not like some character designs. I only watched the movie in the portuguese version and the voices are ok but nothing reaaaaally outstanding. One of my biggest disappointments is the lack of action, that it was something I believe that many people were waiting for lots of combat. I find the old flash videos of the old site more entertaining. Notice also how the Toa are beaten up one by one except for Kopaka (?). I mean, I used to remember they weren't so easily beatable. Anyway, it was an ok movie, at least less confusing and better than its sequel.

Thanks for posting all those, you've got a great collection! That's a glorious Makuta.

Yeah, the action is extremely limited. Things only get somewhat interesting in the penultimate battle where the Toa actually start working together and combining powers. Additionally, the power level of the Rakhshi varies between 'unstoppable' and 'comically pathetic' depending on the needs of the plot. And the end of the movie is stupid.

Badguy was wrong about Kopaka, he does get beaten up enough that his eye-lights go out. But only once though. Then he's back to stoic and Bond one-liners.

I believe Candy refers to the technological singularity, where we get beat by AI.
