Every SOTM has it so that entry period is 3 weeks, incredibly enough February is so short that the 17th really isn't all that far away.

As for collabs I refer to more than 1 person working on a sig, or perhaps someone made a sig for one person and with the makers permission they enter it here. When it comes to prizes they're shared among the collabers (Half the jackpot for each person + special rank) and all persons involved get put up on the scoreboard.
