I think you know Brad a bit better than that.

Wait, there is a second stage?Adsolution wrote:I'm going to be perfectly honest, I didn't even know there was a second stage, I just thought the boss was weirdly made, though I did get the gist I'd beaten it earlier than expected. Most times I even end up beating it quite a bit faster than that.

Man, I don't know about you guys, but I say Origins' art style is way more appealing than Legends'.

...how? RL's look exactly like RO's only with way more polish and lighting, just saying.Bradandez wrote:Man, I don't know about you guys, but I say Origins' art style is way more appealing than Legends'.
Re: Rayman Origins
How? Why, it's simple. Legends has an oil painting style going while Origins has the more hand/digital drawn look going for it. Origins appeals to me better for that reason. The backgrounds though still match each other in both games.Rayfist wrote:...how? Re: Rayman Origins
Different strokes for different blokes though. I preferred Legends overall, the style of it just felt more polished. RO is still great, really wanting to replay that soon.

I hear you. That's one of the main reasons why I keep going back to Origins from time to time while the other is that it has Hungarian as well by default(!).Bradandez wrote:Man, I don't know about you guys, but I say Origins' art style is way more appealing than Legends'.

Re: Rayman Origins
Would've been cool if Legends offered an alternate 'Origins' skin as a free dlc bonus for those who own Origins.
Re: Rayman Origins
As you can in the image provided by SpyroGuy, the Rayman sprites aren't that fine finished. You can see the lines are pretty rough and it still looks fine! If that isn't impressive art wise, then I don't what is.

Re: Rayman Origins
Yo, does anyone have a 100% (or, hell, even completed, though preferably with all skull teeth) save file for Origins on PS3 that they'd be willing to upload? I'd be extremely grateful as it'd be really nice to practice the levels on a version of the game that doesn't minimize itself every two seconds.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Rayman Origins
Aren't save files limitated to the accounts of the players?
Re: Rayman Origins
I think that only hacked PS3's can use others' save files. I might be wrong though.

Re: Rayman Origins
I think it varies by game, when I transferred some saves from my old PSN to the one I currently used, most worked ok, there were some which didn't, like Crack in Time.
Re: Rayman Origins
Sadly, I only have Xbox 360, PC, 3DS, and Wii versions.
Also, you Rayman 1 dorks are gonna get a kick out of this!

Re: Rayman Origins
Now I wish someone makes whole R1 mod for RO with all the worlds and almost same level designs.
Re: Rayman Origins
The same World assets is possible, but changing the actual level design is pretty far fetch and probably not as possible.OldClassicGamer wrote:Now I wish someone makes whole R1 mod for RO with all the worlds and almost same level designs.
Re: Rayman Origins
Well if Legends has level editior in making, I am sure one with Origins is possible too.
