Wow. She lacks the raw hoarseness of her later, more popular recordings, but the purity and intention behind her voice is much clearer... divine. Listening to a lecture on one of the greatest popular vocalists to grace this earth is just as good as going to class, eh?

That is a damn fine bridge at 4:30. I was afraid this more Classic Rock direction they foreshadowed that they were heading in would be a bit bland, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Jazz fusion bass lines for the win, too.
