<'s failed one and has a terrible feeling about another < already did. < was demotivated a lot this term and these bad results have been exactly the kick up the backside < needed to get back into <'s regular learning rhythm. < feels so much more prepared for the next exam... and it's Quantum Physics of all things! (yeah yeah the joke's getting stale)

It's the last exam < has. Then a presentation two days later and resits the week after. And that weekend, <'s gonna have a weekend away with <'s a capella group (awe-so-o-ome) and the week after that, <'s moving house!

< has his next three weeks all plotted out. Feels good to have a sense of what's coming next, but spontaneous meet-ups are great too.

Yeah, <'s got 6 in May, <'s looking forward to some, others, < hopes they'll go well solely so that < doesn't have to look at them again.

< wishes the best to Shroob and Master both in their preparations (as well as all the other members here facing dem examz).

Thanks for that, Shroob. Your budding script reminds < of one of <'s earlier ones - is it ceremonial? One day you must post the values, though not until after exam season :P < shall have to return the favour sometime. Most of <'s langs and world-building are for a set of novels too, at least in theory - < thinks only Garcinian Creole is set elsewhere. <'s problem is that < loves colloquialisms and pragmatic quirks, so < tends to drown in the details of realisation without making a substantial general sketch to back < up!

When < has more time < is going to go and partially rewrite... pretty much everything, actually. Except Sjevsgalal, Sjevsgalal is the bomb. It just needs a lexicon.

Yes. At the end of an important conference where the story takes a path into a different direction when one of the main characters gets instructed on this and that about the current state of affairs (information is hard to find in a war-torn world where all networking relations have been severed and using communicative technology makes you a hotspot for a bomb drop), these are the closing statements the character (Acrylos) and the conference (the CAVE, led by Mindwave) utter to each other.

<'d like to share with all the story as it is right now, but <'s been a bit scarce in delivering on Soleria Falls already, so <'d hate to get people excited over another story without promise of seeing its completion any time soon. Now, its sequel, heh, that's done and dealt with (the in-progress story is actually a prequel)! But it was written so long ago and with so many strange ins and outs of people contributing for about three posts before leaving again that <'d rather refine it into a more concise and booklike form before publishing it. And then, maybe, < should actually go and... well... publish it. Who knows. But the story is there, all in place. < reads it through from beginning to end from time to time. It's an entertaining little thing. Not something <'d hate reading or anything - in fact, < rather enjoys it - but < wonders how others think of it.

Talk of later concern!

< has been wondering if the Metroid Prime gameplay style could be put into third person by using a scheme inspired by Rayman 3.

< thinks that game has an awesome name.
< says it basically means Tesla City.
< notices that game is a 2D puzzle-platformer with action elements where magnetism and other electromagnetic powers are the key to go throughout the game.
< concludes that the game probably pays a tribute to inventor Nikola Tesla which is pretty cool.
