@Cand I think Jano has more skulls lying around. He probably brews potions in his spare time for fun, too. Craftin' a little Elixir of Life shouldn't take him too long. Just, say, two teeth of a virgin and unicorn tears from the stallions in the Iron Hills should get him sorted. He's probably got pots of the stuff lying around in his spare ingredients pantry. C'mon now.
