Re: Rayman Legends
I may have missed that step, I will try that when I can. Where can the save file be located again?
Re: Rayman Legends
In Documents and then in Rayman Legends folder there should be your UPlay username. Insert save file inside the folder with your username.

Re: Rayman Legends
I do believe I have done that, unless I need to alter anything to the folder with my username which I have not done, Haruka's save is insertted.
Re: Rayman Legends
You should not alter anything in your folder. Just have empty folder with your username and put Haruka's save file inside

Re: Rayman Legends
That has been done, and now I get Rayman Legends.exe has stopped responding whenever starting up, or continuing I should say.
Re: Rayman Legends
Maybe because you are on Win 8? I am not sure anymore.
Anyways:

New picture by Ubisoft on FB. Makes me wish there is Rayman RPG.

Re: Rayman Legends
I've thought about it in the past, I'd not want it in the traditional JRPG form though. In order to work, it'd need a unique twist, like how Mario's come up with in the Paper and M&L series.

Re: Rayman Legends
It's referencing Final Fantasy, how is nobody seeing that? Mostly referring to comments on Ubisoft's facebook.
Everyone here remembers the whole Rayman Thursday 'retro throwback?'
How embarassing. I forgot this fanbase hardly plays many RPG's outside of Nintendo. Tis a shame.

Re: Rayman Legends
Eh? I thought it was pretty obvious, given FF's status as the prime example of what that image was conveying.

Re: Rayman Legends
I'm not really referring to this community, mostly FB comments (though I stand by my point that literally nearly everyone on this fanbase and site hardly plays many RPG's outside of Nintendo.) Miss you Candish!!!!
Re: Rayman Legends
Yeah, RPGs are one of my least favorite games. I get bored really fast with the ones that I play. But even I knew this Retro Throwback was parodying Final Fantasy.

Re: Rayman Legends
I use to never really care for them either but it's games like Earthbound that showed me what RPG's try to provide. Just depends on taste man. But it's a shame to see a lack of this genre in the Rayman community. Oh well.
Re: Rayman Legends
I would recommend Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. I'm not an RPG player but the main Pokémon games and Mario spin-offs of that genre are my only exceptions. And the Mario game I mentioned before is a fantastic RPG game.

Re: Rayman Legends
We get it, you guys love Nintendo RPG's. (Though Thousand Year Door is indeed awesome, along with the original on 64)
We need more Final Fantasy/Shin Megami Tensei/Skies of Arcadia/Grandia fans on here. What is it with these titles that make people so afraid to play them. I'll never understand.

Re: Rayman Legends
I just don't really have the patience for typical JRPGs, I have no doubt they're a good genre, but they just don't do it for me. It's more a matter of taste and personal preference in what I like to play, than any personal dislike.

Re: Rayman Legends
It always boils down to not having any 'patience'. It's perfectly understandable and I'm not going to argue with it, but it's sad too because a lot of these games are incredibly artistic experiences. Final Fantasy is known for having some of the greatest VG music, and for so many people to miss out on the music and adventure. Well... it's upsetting. I'm glad I chose to get into the series and RPGs as a whole as an avid JRPG disliker.
