For me, Russia and Serbia and Montenegro have really awesome traditional music. Voting for Russia since they are on the list and Serbia and Montenegro isn't (I am counting them in this context as one country since they used to be one, they have same language and pretty much same traditional music) and I do prefer Russian songs a little more in general.
As for Japan, I am way bigger fan of their modern music than traditional but their traditional songs are not bad either.
