Hmmm so Tiny and Komodo Bros were created before Crash 1? Interesting...

I hope pilot episode exist and that it will be leaked.
Battletoads and Bubsy pilot episodes are online.
Now if only Saban's Croc cartoon got leaked
Seeing the "quality" of the Crash Bandicoot animation it wouldn't amaze me why the Croc one did not go forward either.

As long as episodes would be funny and enjoyable, I would not mind the animation and animation shown in Crash leak is definitely still watchable IMO if other aspects were done good.

The quality is indeed meh-ish. But it turns out this isn't a cartoon, rather an unused cutscene for Crash 1.

Yeah didn't someone bring up a tweet Crash's creator made a couple years back saying that an animated cutscene made by Universal did exist but it was veto'd? Because it makes sense for this cartoon to be just a cutscene. Where and how this guy got hold of it is another question.

I can see why it got veto'd, it looks like pretty much every other outsourced animated cartoon from the 90's.

I am still unsure. Did you see link on photobucket?
Also if this was cutscene for Crash 1, why would Komodo Brothers and Tiny be in it - characters that were not in Crash 1.

While I know the tweet, it could be possible that it was supposed to be included in game as well (Bubsy cartoon was included in PC Version of game) and also be cartoon. We know this was made at least 2 years before first game was made and Korean studio was involved too.

And didn't you see that part at the end of the song?
"Play our game and tell your friend so we'll make lots of loot"

Also Crash 2 came out a year later, I have no doubt they had those enemies planned during Crash 1 for later use, I'm sure.

Hmm, I checked Crash Mania and they also corrected it. Seems like the whole Korean animation studio story was fake then and I did read video description now. Looks like it was not planned as cartoon. Now that I think about it, Jersey Devil for PS1 had similar style cutscene

Still wished this could have been a cartoon. I'd watch the hell out of it.

Likewise. Well if we are not getting new Crash game, we should at least get cartoon.
Also if Crash by some miracle gets new game next year, they should totally remaster this animation and use it as game opening.

If Crash isn't getting a game, I doubt we'd get a cartoon. And it wouldn't be like this, a cartoon like this would be very unlikely.

Yeah, as cool as that little cartoon was, it's definitely a bit dated.

Does anyone else just feel like tearing up a bit knowing that a new Crash is likely to never happen, and if so it will never go back to the ps1/ps2 (WoC and Twinsanity) gameplay?

It honestly just is very heart breaking knowing that the series will always be under constant hell. I don't see why none of these newer companies haven't decided to try to reinvent the classic formula. You can clearly see there's demand for that.

I think the people not making crash games in the original style found a popular cash cow and made non memorable gameplay

And it's a shame. Even though these cartoons seem a bit dated, I really enjoy them. They always get a laugh outta me.

I watched Rayfist play a stream last night and it was really fun. Had a great time. I just wanted to say thanks for all the laughter and grins you gave me haha.
It did inspire me to get Crash some day. Maybe, if I have some spare money when I buy a tv next month, I'll go check my local game store, to see what's in stock at the moment.

It's an interesting choice, my favourite Post-ND Crash game is Twinsanity.
