Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
If people who donated to kickstarter campaigns can file charge back and get money back later on, there is no reason why Brad can't for this.
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
woah, sorry you're having such truble getting the book delivered :/
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
Okay, so the reason they haven't replied to me was because they were on vacation.
I AM AN IMPATIENT ASSHOLE! AND THEIR REPLY WAS SO NICE I FEEL HORRIBLE NOW AUGHHHHH THEY PUT A SMILEY FACE FOR CHRIST'S SAKE
So, the package was sent back to them and they said they can send it back to me to the correct address, but all I have to do is just pay for the shipping. I don't think that's all too bad.

Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
It wouldn't have hurt for them to put a notice up or something, imo.
Still, that's great to hear!
Glad you didn't have to elevate the situation any further.

A little skeptical on why they're making you repay for shipping but otherwise it's good to see everything is cleared up.

Because the company itself has to pay for shipping as well I supposeRayfist wrote:A little skeptical on why they're making you repay for shipping but otherwise it's good to see everything is cleared up.
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
Yeah, that's the reasoning. They payed for the shipping the first time, so now it's up to me and my money if I want the books.Imco wrote:Because the company itself has to pay for shipping as well I supposeRayfist wrote:A little skeptical on why they're making you repay for shipping but otherwise it's good to see everything is cleared up.
Now all I'm doing now is waiting for a reply.
(Again...)

10 Days. IT'S BEEN 10 DAYS AND NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!
You know this really shouldn't be that difficult. It really shouldn't be...

Not this BS again....
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
I think you should really get money back and try some other site Brad. It is clear that this site is not good for US citizens.
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
Either the post-selling service is not good or La Poste is doing their own stuff again.
I remember how it took almost one month just to receive a Bowser plush from France, and how I sent a small (registered) parcel to France and somehow La Poste managed to lose it and force my national post office to refund me even thought CTT did their job.

Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
Wait, Brad, are you trying to get in contact with the postal service over there or the people behind the book?
Bad postal service is one thing, but not even responding to help out is another.

Oh yes, this BS again .Rayfist wrote:Not this BS again....
I'm definitely getting my money back now. I've had enough of their poor customer service. I'm done with them.OCG wrote:I think you should really get money back and try some other site Brad. It is clear that this site is not good for US citizens.
It's the company themselves. They have the book but they have not replied to me even though I clearly responded with Facebook messages saying that I'm willing to pay the shipping and how the process will be done. I even emailed them my correct address, but not one response came from them.Haruka wrote:Either the post-selling service is not good or La Poste is doing their own stuff again.![]()
Like I stated, it's the company who sold me the book.Rayfist wrote:Wait, Brad, are you trying to get in contact with the postal service over there or the people behind the book?

If what you speak is the truth, I think the people behind sending the book are mostly to blame. Despite the mediocre French postal service, they're making no effort to deliver it to you.
I've ordered few things from France before, yeah there were certainly some hiccups during the ride here but nothing this awful.

Guys, we should make an hashtag for the rayman birthday, something which would need to get trendy on the 1st September, something like #NewRayman4anniversary or #Rayman20 or #Rayman4 no?
Re: [Book] The History of Rayman, Pix'n Love Editions.
The official twitter account of Rayman uses #Rayman20, I think we should use it too.GOT4N wrote:Guys, we should make an hashtag for the rayman birthday, something which would need to get trendy on the 1st September, something like #NewRayman4anniversary or #Rayman20 or #Rayman4 no?
