Salmon on pizza would require a specific selection of other toppings. If you want the normal ones and fish, I recommend tuna.

Pesto on pizza does not sound too inviting to be honest. Pesto fits with soft stuff.

pesto pizza doesnt have sauce, its usually pesto + chicken + onions
