What do you think of processed cheese?

I loved the thing in my earlier days, but recently I changed my mind. I mean, it's not bad... but not good either.

So, goat cheese.
I like it. Specifically, I like some varieties of it that they sell around here. Probably not the others. It's a little expensive though.

The typical cheese available here is gouda or a local... similar but not really... thing. Farmage cheese variations dominate non-yellow sales, it seems.
