Re: Favorite foods
I think I tried a green tea flavoured mochi once before actually. It was weirdly chewy. I like green tea on its own but not really in sweets for some reason.
Re: Favorite foods
Yeah green tea and red bean sweets can be kinda weird, but I like them sometimes

Re: Favorite foods
Green tea is simply something different on its own than with something else. It's too mild to affect that other thing.

Re: Favorite foods
I didn't mind doriyaki mind you, it's just that I tried green tea ice cream and chocolate and they were weird and not very nice.
Re: Favorite foods
a lot of japanese sweets seem based around mild tastes: green tea, milk, etc

Re: Favorite foods
I basically like all sorts of tea as long as it's not red and it's not as hot as everyone else likes.

Soft boiled, hard boiled and fried, only because I can't poach eggs for shit. I wanna get a microwave egg poacher some day.

Hard boiled or scrambled. Regular fried were ok last time I tried them, but that was ages ago.

Oh yeah I like scrambled too. I like to put a mild curry sauce on that for some reason.

Eggs are serious business. They vary in tast from eggstreme to eggregious.
