For most if not all of my own entries, the themes actually gave me the inspiration to create the sig I wanted to enter. It's like a (mild) suggestion to your creative psyche.

You don't vote on harpic for the sig, you vote on him for the lifestyle.

(I'm pretty sure I was able to see that sig before.)
