Okay, sorry to interject once again about my situation, but I did write another "warning" to the company's Facebook page. And no reply to either the post nor a PM over Messenger. Next time I go to the bank I will have no remorse over getting my refund. And I mean it!

You can try but the collector's edition of the book being sold out, it might be difficult to get it.
