I wasn't willing to release a widescreen patch yet as I have something else planned, but AuToMaNiAk005 on YouTube has made a tutorial based on a method I told him:
so if anyone wants to play this in widescreen, just follow this tutorial! Sorry I haven't released this, but it was going to come as part of something else I have planned for Rayman 2.

Isn't the loading images and Rayman's head next to the health bar still stretched?
We should replace TGA loading files to allow game not stretch them. I don't know how with hud.
Here are loading screens cropped. They're in Vignette.cnt. Could somebody repack it?
Better resolution than original via XnView and various filters. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qlogp63yb1i0 ... Hn9Pa?dl=0
I can convert it to TGA soon.
Ohh... filenames... I changed them...
Everything is in Vignette.cnt.
You mean the picture or the box? Cause it's a real box
My second favourite part about it is the yellow label on the front that say "Limited Edition produced exclusively for The Sunday Mirror in association with Asda"

Lol what. Rayman 2 was given away with a newspaper? I remember seeing it being handed out as a free gift with a magazine back in 2005.

I guess it was given away with multiple newspapers in the UK. My disc copy was apparently given away with The Sun.

I was scared of his grin and the whispering. I just used to find him creepy
In all seriousness though I did find him quite scary.
