Maybe see a doctor about insomnia if it gets too bad?
<'s suggestion is to not look at computer, tv or phone screens and go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time (even if you don't sleep for hours, just as long as you're in the dark- try reading a book or something)
Given the amount of mental problems < has been piling up at this point < wouldn't be too surprised if this is nothing more than an after effect of that, especially given that the reason for <'s lack of sleep is due to too much thinking about <'s current mental state

< is wondering what kind of mental problem do you have.

Is everything okay? You can talk to me anytime, I've recently recovered from depression so I might be able to understand
< has a sore back from carrying a heavy laptop bag Dx

It's a difficult thing to talk about as < isn't 100% on why i'm feeling like this only that there are nibbits of things that really set me off and can, at the worst case scenario lead < to have break downs

< suggests to talk to a doctor, they'll be able to diagnose you

< is depressive for a long time now, but < has hidden it from everyone.
< hates talking to people about problems < bottles everything up but < is better at it now
< used to not see the point in it cause it's not like they can do anything about the past or they won't understand
< is fairly hesitant about getting a doctor as much as < has had mental problems for near enough <'s entire uni course just that it comes and goes, but it still feels like < is just having yet another moment that will be "fixed" soon

< says it'll be worth it, even if it helps you get some sleep again
