Can you tell me more details about research you did? I am still clueless why is my country not listed since to my knowledge there is no any law that should forbid this. Not from my countries side at least.

Indeed and I want a better explanation than: "Cuz Hungarian breath stinks, duuh!". xD

The restriction in cause is related to countries that tax contest organizers if their country will be covered by it. Portugal is restricted because there is a portuguese legislation that charges 500€ + 45% of the prize valour to contest organizers, as it is implied here:

So in short, it is thanks to the dear Portuguese government that I can't do anything. Fantastic where greedyness can go. By their bad luck there are elections this Sunday and now I have an extra reason to do what I will do once I get the voting paper on my hands.

The truth is that it is not Ubisoft's fault, but yes from each government of each country that is not abranged by the contest, because of a smooth operator that had the brilliant idea to charge contests. What do they win with this I haven't the foggiest idea but whoever thought about it needs a genuine kick in the glutes.

My country is not listed in this document you showed Haruka, therfore Ubisoft should do better research for my case because my country's government does NOT ask for something like this. There are no legal reasons why was my country blacklisted. We don't have any fees for contests. My father who is lawyer confirmed this to me.

Well guess what? Mine's not in it either! xD

That means that Ubisoft could not find any info about our countries and they didn't want to risk it. Your best bet is showing proof to Ubisoft that your country does not ask fees (if thats the case actually. Dunno what else to recommend for doing.

It makes sense, because then they would have to pay extra and they wouldn't be able to give out as bigger prizes as they'd like. You would be even more disappointed if you won, but they couldn't send you anything.

Maybe I'll just upload the last cutscene of Rayman 2 ripped from the PS1 version and say it's reanimated from scratch.
