Essentially yeah, although we don't know the exact reason why some people got so many votes (could be multi accounts or just many members being told to vote for this one person), since we have no way through polls to figure out which members voted for who, another advantage to this system.
If there was anything within my power that would allow me to find poll abusers and stop them I can assure you that would've been the first thing i'd of done but unfortunately we have nothing even remotely close to that.

Votes are meant to be private, just like PMs, which is why there is no way for us to access that information except for a direct lookup in the database.

Still Freestyle yea, still not sure about re-introducing themes yet even though the contest has been doing better.
While I mind of it December contest is also the time I send out Scoreboard prizes so if you manage to win and you're not already on there you'll be in for a 3rd place tie breaker at the least.
