I played through the demo, it seems as if it's the same as the other PS1 demos :(

I was afraid of that. :(
Was anything interesting found with in the game's files? (If you looked that is.)
What struck me the most was that the Games folder was called "RAYMANII" Rather than "Rayman 2: The Great Escape"

Haven't found anything interesting sadly, also it's even called RaymanII in final version, and Rayman 3 process is named Rayman III iirc

Could anyone confirm whether or not it is possible to currently rip models from the PC version of Rayman Raving Rabbids using a model-ripping program? If so, which results does it yield and are they authentic to the actual game?

I can. Ive ripped models from Rayman Raving Rabbids before using 3D Ripper DX, they are indeed authentic but requires some remodeling.

Interesting, the burnt Rayman costume looks quite a lot like the one in the RRR poster I've shown in the Rayman merchandise thread.

So it's "Burnt Rayman" then, not an unused Dark Rayman. I should have realized it as on that poster render he indeed looks like as if he's covered in actual ash.

Oh my, this is interesting! The debug Rayman is kinda scary if you ask me! And I wonder why they scrapped the burned Rayman costume. Great discovery as always GOT4N!
