Rayman 2 Model Ripping!!!

i have tryed ripping models of rayman from rayman 2 before i tryed it last year when i ripped a model on screen in the game rayman was not visable and when i put the model into blender the model was a big spiked ball.

i have been looking for a link for a download of rayman from rayman 2 but never found one
does anyone have a model of him from rayman 2 ether n64 or dreamcast or the ps2 version
i can download?

People have ripped the Rayman 2 model, but I don't know if there's a download. It's difficult to rip because of how the Rayman 2 engine renders polygons.

3d Ripper DX Now supports Direct X 6 (beta). That means:

We can rip models and textures from Rayman 2!!!
I immeadiatly took this oppertunity to find out what those globoxes are doing in the menu of Rayman 2:



Nice, eh? By the way: The colors are weird, but I think that's because of the missing shaders and lighting.

So how you made it in Blender adding full of colours on map without broking model textures like this
I can't still even figure figure out how to texture paint to achieve correct texture colours.I have no idea how to separate GLSL shading in newer Blender version.Let's just focus on older Blender versions.

That Jazz model was broken ever since I exported it. It had some wired exporting problems.

they must do that to protect there content from people so they cant quote on quote "steal"

I am not really using the rips any more!
They are just references for me, to have them turnable characters
Adsolution gave me the tip, cause all you get from ripping is a messy mesh.
