Yeah that's a little Problem,... The game isn't finished...there are just many little game puzzles like the ones on the 1 page but many more,... But they are incomplete... Controll bugs , no animation, and the biggest is rights of ubi ... I couldn't contact them (I tried) And if I post this puzzles with their textures and rayman as a trademark, It is too much risk for an unreleased game for now,... Maybe I will be able to work in small steps on it in the future, but I did try in the past and it often didn't come along with my wishes to get the system work correctly... The engine is able to run, but the animation part is sooo difficult, to do alone, you know it takes time to moddel and rig and animate an charakter but that I can do, but then there are bugs and fails and then something is wrong in the script hmmm
I will work further, but I can't promise, cause I don't know how long it will take
I had and have big Ideas for the Game, so yeah thats the thing

I always thought, in the paragraphs of trademarks is written that an registred trademark can not be copied even if it's for none comercial use. I saw this somewhere, i thought ... Maybe Iam wrong but I thought that you can't share it on that way, cause the textures are made by Ubi(i used many of the old to get the feeling of the old games,(textures aren't the point now, they can be changed fast) But I thought the name "Rayman" is owned by ubi what means the name has to be changed and the Design of Rayman is the next thing...ancel did do the concept of Rayman,he said. So I need his word to use it again

I still do not see what the legal issue would be? Ad's been working on his fan game for quite sometime and he has not had any legal issues that I'm aware of?

I don't know, Ad surely knows what to do in such a situation, because they spoke once with ubi, or didn't they?
But on the Channel Ad wrote once (on a video) that they aren't posting new gameplay footage, to don't get into conflict with ubi. (I can't find the video right now, but Iam sure there was something like that, not that I disagree with you, but that is just what I think about this, but you are right as long as it is free it isn't wrong. (If I did not say: the game will be free for everyone! -if Iam able to finish it )

I want to make the Game as professional as possible, so I need Help like you know, If you know anyone who can moddel/rig/animate, or program (Animators the most!!!) please let me know post it here, so I can ask them to join, ...(I know I say it over and over, but just because I want to do the Game.)

Before I can go further with the game alone, I have to learn more about animating.

Even I was working with Diamondus tilesets and currently I'm working on Jazz Jackrabbit 1 HD Remake and Blues The Cat(currently character desings) instead of copyrights protection.Take it easy AdreGoodlum user.

And overall I schould work a little on Rayman himselfe, cause I discovered some bugs here and there so yeah
And one question, is r 1.5 still running? Cause The Thread Is empty and no posts since a while. Do you know more?
And lucky3d is really good, 3 days ago I random searched and found his game! It is amazing, he Is very talented did you looked at his website? The animations! And he got a team, and that is why I really worried, cause there is so much work not done...

I updated some text and layout on the front page and
I posted a few pictures on the front page, not the newest, but the new ones aren't post ready
Posts without bloom and glow filters, cause they are in developement

Update:
I worked now on the world ambiente and the world, and it worked pretty good, but I still need one that could do the work on Rayman himselfe...he gains more and more special features like SPOILER Climbing, Swing, Fight, Crawl, Fly
And I really can't animate this good to make it work professional
The World/Levels/Textures/Sound can I do quick, but everytime I work on animation it feels unnatural
PLEASE IF YOU ARE AN ANIMATOR, or wanna help animating, POST RIGHT HERE
BUT STILL EVERY TASK YOU CAN DO HELPS!
SEE IT AS A LEARNING TASK, OR JUST FOR THE COMMUNITY

Update: I have new Ideas for Ice enviroment(ice? Nothing stands in the story, yeah you're right, but the story of the 1st page didn't tell you ALL about the whole story
I will make a base ice texture, glossy glass texture over it and a shiny particle texture over that
The Result of it will follow soon
And I got Some new Ideas how to get everything running more smooth!
And after I did that, I want to work on the Effects and Filters!
Update: I have to clean the Files up
There are over 14.050 Game files at the moment(no joke) ~3 GB and there is missing much!
I did a backup yesterday, and it took long.
Update: I discovered something really cool, I will upload pictures of it soon!

Update: I think I will transfer completely to unity 3d, cause bge is for me too much scripting, but for modeling and animation and redering/baking/scene design it is ok
I have unreal engine too, but Iam not so used to it and I think Unitys power is enough!
