Re: Rayman Adventures
If it is compatible officially on some worse phone, chances are that you would be able to play it on yours if you bypass the download restriction.
Re: Rayman Adventures
I wish I could play this game, but my phone is a shitty Samsung Galaxy Trend and it's not compatible with the game.
Re: Rayman Adventures
Hm, would there be any way of bypassing that restriction sneakily, or just by, like, "hacking" (lol) the phone or something? Because I really don't want to do the latter.OCG wrote:If it is compatible officially on some worse phone, chances are that you would be able to play it on yours if you bypass the download restriction.
Re: Rayman Adventures
You must root your phone to do it.
Re: Rayman Adventures
Well, I'm not gonna do that. I just played for a bit on my mum's phone, and the game is pretty damn cool, it's a shame I can't see its "full potential", haha.
Re: Rayman Adventures
Look this up for easy rooting. I did this in my LG Optimus L2 and it works wonders. It's a one click easy root with no dangers from what I can think of.Rulez wrote:Well, I'm not gonna do that. Re: Rayman Adventures
I find it extremely annoying as well, we all want Rayman 4 but comments on social networks and forum posts aren't going to change that.sergiomonty wrote:I find pretty lame the fact that there are people whining for Rayman 4 on the comment section of every single video or post involving Rayman Adventures.
OCG wrote:Rayman 4 already happened in the form of Rayman Origins

Re: Rayman Adventures
This would make a great costume.

I think if they want to go with a pixely look, I'd want them to use something closer to that of the first Rayman's design.

Re: Rayman Adventures
Retro pandering for the sake of retro pandering is usually pretty lame; case in point, Livid Dead Party. I do like the Retro Raymans on Facebook, but that's more like creatively manipulating the assets from Rayman Legends to cleverly reference other games, whereas simply having an 8-bit sprite of Rayman as a costume is an insubstantial and transparent attempt at pandering to a nostalgia base that the Rayman series has nothing to do with.
EDIT: Okay, except for Rayman GBC and Rayman 2 Forever. But those games are not at all what Rayman is known for and indubitably would not be the inspiration behind such a costume idea. Hey look, I'm arguing with myself! Also, I just realized that that sprite isn't even 8-bit, just heavily pixelated, and if they were to entertain such a shallow idea, I'd prefer they at least go whole hog with it.

Re: Rayman Adventures
Oh man, I was totally gonna call out on the sprite not being 8-Bit.
Re: Rayman Adventures
Rayman twitter posted this some minutes ago. I feel like I hear a Rayman 2 sound at end, but I'm not sure at all

I'm close to getting enough gems to buy TeenPunk.

I have over 6000 gems but I don't want to spend them because poverty terrifies me.

Both your post and your signature are the best things ever. I would pay you lums, "but I don't want to spend them because poverty terrifies me."

Re: Rayman Adventures
How much do I need to play to unlock the inbox? Ubi's support told me I have to open it to recover the purchased content that had been lost but it's locked for now.
Re: Rayman Adventures
No idea. Not more than 15 adventures as there's where my friend is and he has the inbox.Hunchman801 wrote:How much do I need to play to unlock the inbox? Ubi's support told me I have to open it to recover the purchased content that had been lost but it's locked for now.
Re: Rayman Adventures
It has been exactly ONE update since we've had a new Barbara costume. This is an outrage.
Re: Rayman Adventures
Does anyone feel that the enemies got stronger in Adventures? I remember that I used to go through them in Legends with almost no problem, but it seems that in Adventures, they are trickier than they used to be.
