Half my money, get 35 points.

4 points for videogames (this is mandatory for my survival)
6 points for computers
5 points for booze
4 points fast food ( I have extremely high metabolism so can eat this shit for eternity)
4 points all movies and tv shows
7 points for tv (not patient enough for game of thrones to be put on dvd)

and then 5 points go to Gryffindor!!!!!

That image looks like the sort of thing someone would repost in a WhatsApp group chat, or on some other social media. Looks intriguing though.

Let's give this a try. (:i-have-way-too-much-time:)

$5 millions is fine, so I'm adding 5 points.

- Hygiene products : 3
- Medical care : 2
- Kitchen : 6 (I'm not good I cooking, but I will be able to learn in 10 years)
- Computer : 6 (hoping it come with an OS… and some software to write or program…)
- Video-games : 4 (sorry books and movies =( )
- Sound system & music : 4
- Kitten : 6 (finally I have time and resources for taking care of one \o/)
- Garden : 2
- Skylight : 2

By the way, if you have the internet without the ability to download, you don't have the internet. -o- It's just a black box with “THE INTERNET” written on it.

Well, it still looks like some very boring 10 years. But obviously I'm already bored anyway.

This looks pretty neat, uhm...

I'm ok with 5 millions, so I'll have 35 points to spend
-Gourmet food from the world's finest chefs so -9 points
-52" Tv, which means -7
-Awesome Computer -6
-Games -4
-Skylight -2
-Garden -2
-Medical care -2
-Hygiene products -3
The Internet is basically useless if you can't even stream anything

Take the 10 millions, 30 points.

Motto : Anima sano in corpore sano.

Gourmet food : -9 points
Hygiene products and jacuzzi : - 3 points
Workout room : - 5 points
Medical care (in case of injury during workout) : -2 points
Library : -4 points
Surround system with all recorded music (rock for workouts and classic for reading): -4 points
Skylight : -2 points
Pool table (because why not) : -1 point

Ends up being the most knowledgeable, ripped millionnaire. All the 18 year olds of the work would want your D after that.

Thinking about it, I might be wrong: the Internet without downloading isn't completely useless, since we can still upload!
Which means, while we don't have access to any website or server or any online service whatsoever… We can make requests to them! GET would not do anything because we don't have any answer, but with POST or even PUT, we can kinda send messages in a bottle.
It would be pretty hard, though. Without ability to download, we can even get a ping to check if a server is responding, or if an address is correct! Not even talking about online documentation… So we would need to know in advance a specific API (maybe by preparing our own server before entering the basement) to which, by programming a script, we could send messages, like logs or videos or whatever we would like to send to the outer world. Without response, we wouldn't have any warranty that it worked, and there is a probability that after 10 years we discover that nothing has been received.

But if one manages to do it correctly, they have the ability to send on the web some messages like “Today in my basement, nothing happened, yay!”, “Here is my Top 10 Annoying Music While Trapped Underground” or “Hey guys just thinking maybe there's a war outside and I'm here just talking about my cat, LOL”.
It would still be impossible to have any feedback, sooo… It's still really useless, unless you can appreciate the satisfaction of annoying people, somewhere, maybe, or getting famous, or maybe not.
