Do you wish to own complete collections or just collect what you have interests in?Rayfist wrote:Well as a game collector, I know that I clearly won't have time to play through all of these, but one day when I'm not so busy with life, I'll be able to sit down and enjoy a lot of these. Right now I'm in college which takes up a lot of time, but when I have that time I will definitely play a lot of them.

I thought Snagglebee already made an installer to fix issues?

Re: What games are you currently playing?
So what does the GOG version not fix, btw? I thought it was supposed to be pretty good.
I haven't kept track of much on it, though.

Interests. Complete collections to me are just a waste of time and money, especially since you'll have to buy games that actually suck.Hoodcom wrote:Do you wish to own complete collections or just collect what you have interests in?Rayfist wrote:Well as a game collector, I know that I clearly won't have time to play through all of these, but one day when I'm not so busy with life, I'll be able to sit down and enjoy a lot of these. I have spent more than I should but I've obtained a lot of rare dreamcast titles within the recent months.
There isn't a single genre I'm not interested in, so I buy almost all the "recommended" games for consoles. This is what I did with Saturn and Dreamcast.

Got any recommendations on the Dreamcast/Saturn for me? I still need to expand my collection for the two consoles. Especially now I have a proper RGB setup for them.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
For sure!
RPGs: Skies of Arcadia (DC), Timestalkers (DC), Grandia II (DC), Shenmue (DC). Saturn RPG's are expensive and pretty hard to obtain, but I've heard Magic Knight Rayearth is good.
Fighting games (strong point of both consoles, especially given Saturn had awesome 2D graphics): Marvel Super Heroes (Saturn), X-Men vs Street fighter(Saturn), Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter(Saturn), Street Fighter Alpha 1-3(Saturn), Fighting Vipers(Saturn), Last Bronx(Saturn), Marvel Vs Capcom 1 and 2 (Dreamcast), Street Fighter III Double impact and Third Strike (Dreamcast)
Platformers: Rayman (Saturn), Rockman 8, (Saturn), Rockman X4 (Saturn), NiGhts into Dreams (saturn), Clockwork knight (saturn), Astal (Saturn), Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 (Dreamcast), Rayman 2 (Dreamcast)
These are my top 3 favorite genre's so I wanted to pick the best games out of those that I'd recommend.
Here's a huge tip: If you're on a tight budget, import your saturn games. It's not worth paying $100 more for a NTSC copy of a game that you can get for significantly less. Though this is only a problem with RPG's are you need to understand the language, though you can always just go NTSC for those.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Awesome thanks!
I already have Rayman (Saturn), Sonic Adventures 1 and 2 (DC), Nights into Dreams (Saturn), Rayman 2 (DC - both NTSC and Japanese), and Timestalkers (DC).
So I am not off on a bad start at least!
I'll look up the others soon though.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Trying to get a Hero Fall in U4 mulitplayer. 350 FAL downs (jesus that will take awhile).
Although I do not have the game, I am excited for No Man's Sky and hope to get it as soon as I can.
