Pizza with an egg in the middle isn't so bad (though I too prefer without), but the rest is kind of weird. Guess that was to be expected from breakfast pizza.

I remember this other pizza like dish, where they have mince and egg and the like. It was rather nice.

I had an egg on pizza once and it was pretty nice. It was the egg fiorentina from pizza express.
