I read FAQ and got some sense about RAD Video tools.
You felt this is not great use to you, I agree with you cause the end quality is not so good as you processed in Outro.bik and Intro.bik for Rayman M; viewtopic.php?p=1126681#p1126681

Yeah Bink is bad video format quality wise.
Look this : http://i.imgur.com/PIb0GYD.png
and make everything like on the screenshot. Then select "Compress to a data rate" and play with it, see what value gives the quality you want for the file size that you want.
Keep in mind that the maximum value that this program can use is 1431655765 bytes (1 431 655 765). If set higher, it'll give an error or crash.
This value outputs a tremendously larger file compared the original, and it makes the rendering time longer, especially if you have an average mobile CPU.

By the way, maybe here someone has Rayman 3 HD mod from Maldo for Dolphin? All links are dead, and somebody asked.

With RAD Video Tools, I will try to edit actually expand ubi.bik for Rayman M widescreen play.
You already made intro.bik and outro.bik for widescreen Rayman M,

but left ubi.bik as it is.
So me, not so skillful as you, will spend some time to edit ubi.bik for widescreen use.
Cut and try as you said is the way to complete this work, I think.

And its really difficult to contact with Maldo, or even register on neogaf. It's not so good.
I found his mail and send him a message, but he said some where that he rarely checks that address, but there is no other published.

People, do not upload any files on mega, because you don't even earn money from such links. They lively cooperate with various organisations and their demands on taking down files.
Better upload on badass Rusian yandex.com or onedrive. Although they are smaller. You can use multi accounts, but at least your links are more safe - specially if you make DLC files from them, instead of giving whole link.
My R2 OST links on yandex works for a very long time, and on mega there was only a month, and link was taken down.
Google drive links sometimes are also taken down, but not so frequently

Download the Rayman 3 input fix, it should work with M/Arena as well.

Just came back to say that...well...looks like its running fine now. Still having FPS dips to 36 (and I am aware many people have that).
Also, the widescreen patch doesn't work. It still stretches.
EDIT: Disabled dgvoodoo and the game doesn't run at 1920x1080. It runs at what's set in the launcher.

Go to %WINDIR%\Ubisoft\ and open Ubi.ini
Set Gli_Mode=1 - YourWidth x YourHeight x 32 to the desired values.
Maybe if you go to setup you'll find something which will increase FPS.
If not, maybe other wrapper works in this case, but I dont know. nGlide, though it doesn't work besides Glide render mode, or zeckenshack wrapper, or even reshade/sweetfx

As for the resolution I did exactly that but it still doesn't run at 1920x1080.

There is something also about menu fix and dsound.dll placement. You may check it. Also make sure config has been saved.
If it's just a matter of set resolution by some external wrapper, sweetfx doesn't have such functionality.

Nah it doesn't work still. Downloaded it and replaced it with no luck. Game still runs at 1280x960.
I'm not using sweetfx. I used dgvoodoo and the thing stretches itself. I disabled it and it doesn't run in widescreen. Also, my ubi.ini is 100% saved. :/
EDIT: I must be really stupid. Ran the game as admin and it worked.
