Right so I never started this next contest right away because I was waiting on confirmation for something.

But anyway we will start the next contest soon, but do we want to start Friday or Saturday?

Freestyle is the theme as per usual and the deadline for submission shall be the 12th of August.

I'd like to submit mine, but it has won a contest before. Is that allowed? (I'm not sure if the rules refer only to consecutive months.)

Yeah these rules only apply on a consecutive basis. So like you can't win with one sig and enter it in the next contest but you can enter in all the ones afterwards (Unless it wins one of those ones of course then you can't enter the one after that and so forth).
