I got an e-mail for Rockband (which I don't care about) from Ubisoft today, so I went to change my e-mail preferences with Ubisoft Club. I was very pleased to see that you could filter your e-mails by game, and I was excited to choose to receive Rayman e-mails. As you can see in the link (I would post images, but my file sizes are too big), there was no such option. I am scared for the future of Rayman.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just before Origins was announced a bunch of us got upset when there was a YouTube video showing a tour of a UbiSoft office, and when a Rayman logo happened to be in it, they covered it up with an annotation. But all was well, it turned out!

You're probably right. A lack of e-mails makes me feel like we won't get anything news-worthy for a while, though.

Even if we were, I don't think Rayman is the kind of thing they'd be offering an email subscription to.

Even if Ubisoft will tell you that they would not create a new game Rayman it will have a problem. The problem with that Rayman fans (I'm talking in general about this community) will insist that Ubisoft has released another honor or as now there are people who make up No tour operators excursions or more, and continue to repair a "hole in history" in the game Rayman.

With BG&E2 seemingly back in the works, it might very well be that we don't see a new title soon, but I wouldn't go so far as to call the franchise dead just yet.
