Nope, there are no pirates in any of the sanctuaries in Rayman Revolution.
Just to clarify to everyone else, pirates before you actually enter the sanctuary (like the pirates outside of The Sanctuary of Stone and Fire) don't count. They have to be seen inside the actual sanctuary part of the level.
