-In Rayman Origins the hunter actually has arms and legs
-In Rayman Origins, you can ride onto the green bullets
-In Rayman 1 the hunters' gun has an eye, but not in Rayman Origins

The rayman 1 hunter has no limbs and white gloves like rayman, and his bullets hold hammers. His gun acts as a shield apart from when he cleans it.
In origins he has limbs, shirt and trousers, no gloves, and the bullets don't have hammers but have faces with red noses and come in red and green, the green ones you can ride. Also his features are more exaggerated such as his eye and mustache.

Excuse me for my wording of the question, what I meant is describe the differences between the hunters themselves. Since Ambidextroid was more descriptive in that department, he gets the point.

8 Points - Ambidextroid
5 Points - Carrot-Master, CHRdutch
4 Points - RibShark
2 Points - Master
1 Point - PluMGMK

Q26. Rayman Legends covered two songs for Castle Rock and Mariachi Madness levels. Name the two songs.

The amount of plungers wasn't required, so point to CHRdutch who's tied for 2nd.

PlayStation, Atari Jaguar, Sega Saturn, PC/MS-DOS, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DSi, Palm OS, Windows Phone, Pocket PC, Nokia 9210, iOS, Android. So 12. Depends how you count though. iOS and Android may be the same.

Afraid you're missing several. Note to others that the systems are not required, just the number of times it has been ported.

17 is right! Lots of ports, the most for any Rayman game.

9 Points - Ambidextroid
6 Points - Carrot-Master, CHRdutch
4 Points - RibShark
2 Points - Master
1 Point - PluMGMK

That's the last question for day 6. Ambidextroid is closing in on a victory, just one more correct answer. Will he claim the trophy and tings, or will there be an upset by the contenders behind his tail? We shall see, for day 7. Tomorrow.

Wait, how can it be 17? I mean, the GBC version is a completely different game and the PSN versions are the PS1 ports running in an emulator. Which ones did I miss? I mean, if the PSN version counts I could simply say the GOG version etc. as that's the same thing.

Here's what Raywiki says for "platforms"
Raywiki wrote:It is the most ported game from Rayman's quintology, being released for seventeen different platforms including Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo 3DS, iOS and Android versions.
Sony PlayStation, Atari Jaguar, Sega Saturn, PC/MS-DOS, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Sony PlayStation Portable (PlayStation Network), Sony PlayStation 3 (PlayStation Network), Nintendo DSi, Palm OS, Windows Mobile, Mac OS X, Pocket PC, Nokia 9210, Nintendo 3DS, iOS, Android.

Granted, you're claim is valid. I'll see what Master says about this. Though it's not in you're favor that I, or him, is going to overrule this.

I'm not asking to get a point for the question. You're the host and use your rules. I however wondered how you counted the platforms. I wouldn't always go for what says on the wiki since not everything is correct, and when it comes to platforms it gets confusing. Should the GBC version be listed? It's a separate game, but still based of Rayman 1. Should the PS3, PSP and Vita versions be separate versions? They're technically the same game, but on different platforms, and it's platforms you're counting. The only thing which is definitely incorrect is the Mac version. There was for sure never a native Mac version. In that case it runs under DosBox which is unofficial.

Honestly I agree with carrot here, the GBC version isn't a port but a different game with the same name, and the PSN versions aren't ports either, because (as far as I know) a port is an adaptation of the actual program, where emulation is just a virtual environment to run the exact same program.

Hmm, understandable. Though the question is: "How many times has Rayman 1 been ported to different platforms? The key words: "different platforms." You are right though that not everything on Raywiki is correct. If y'all would like I can take the point away from the Ambidextroid and ask a new question, or keep it the way it is, seeing that now he agrees.

Yes, and 3DS and DSi shouldn't be listed as separate either. The DSi version only runs on a 3DS because they use the same hardware (yes, the DSi hardware is part of the 3DS). If 3DS is on the list, then there should also be 2DS and New 3DS etc. as all of those are different "platforms" running the same game from the same hardware.

Edit: Response to your new post: Well, in that case PSVita should be on the list as well, right? I'm fine either way. You can continue on and leave it the way it is, but I think the wiki should make this a bit clearer since that is the main source of information.
