<'s watched the new TF movie trailer, and < is feeling somewhat interested. <'s not the biggest fan of the movies, as they don't really do much in terms of TF lore or character development, that honour goes to the comics. And the aesthetics don't really do it for < either.

But < has been looking into this one and it does seem like they're trying to expand things. Time will tell, of course.

< just finished Westworld. The first half was really good, but it got a bit too convoluted by the end < thought.

< accidentally fell asleep as soon as < got home from school the other day and woke up at midnight, and then < couldn't get back to sleep. < had to stay awake until school finished the next day and then until midnight because < had homework to do, so just over 24 hours in all.

As a result < woke up this morning at 8 and was convinced it was 8 in the afternoon the previous day... < needs to improve <'s sleep schedule :oops2:

Ah, < sees. Back in <'s school days < had to be sneaky if < wanted to stay up after midnight. < hopes School isn't being too much of a drain for ^.

Honestly it's not bad at all, <'s had an incredibly irregular sleeping pattern since < was a toddler and <'s just got used to it. < used to find homework and school a pain but the "big step" to sixth form seems more like a step down in difficulty and tedium. < feels like it won't always be this easy but so far <'s life has been pretty much free of difficulty, <'s sure that's not common but maybe <'s just lucky.
Thanks though, I appreciate the concern

You say that, but < found A levels to be an absolute hell to get through, GCSEs were meagre in comparison. Though < was in College right about the time they decided to switch from modular to linear exams, and < ended up having to take exams in summer for modules we hadn't covered since January.

< Wonders if things have improved.

< says A levels are still hell. Especially since they are all linear now, there are no past papers to revise with. < thinks linear A-levels makes things worse, since < is going to be taking exams that contain knowledge < learnt almost 2 years prior to the exam date.

Every time < has moved up from one part of school to another <'s been told it would get much harder, only to find it the same. < actually finds A-Levels much less a chore than GCSEs because now < has more free time (somehow) and less subjects that <'s not interested in to do.

To be honest, < thinks A levels is where it peaks, uni is challenging still, but < finds < doesn't have it as bad.

< has officially started a major revision on <'s helmet's respirator, if < doesn't fuck up, no backpack should be needed anymore, and it should be a lot more secure than the WW2 tech blueprints < borrowed. Erm Erm, especially when my backpack almost fired up a month ago because of excessive movement.
Although the external respirator is still a very good piece of DIY tech so < keeps a retrocompatibility for it under the new one.

< has done the hardest of the work today, < is letting the overall dry tonight and < will finish the assembly tomorrow, a little trimming is necessary though.
Next step, soldering.
<'s hands are in a poor condition now, the worst was the silicone insulation.
Although, despite the work being in progress, the final design is pretty much here and < is on to look like Adrian Shephard if he made his way to Half-Life2, PluM would like it.
