The weather has cooled down tremendously here, though I still ended up having a warm room last night, which didn't do my sleep any favours.

Here it's been foggy at morning but now it's pretty, and still warm enough for butterflies (eg Red Admirals whoa) and bees to still hang around.

Looks like the winter onset is here, much cooler now, I need to get my gloves sorted, else I'll start having numb fingers.

Was ready to go into hibernation for the winter last week due to the shock of the sudden temperature drop.
Feeling better this week though. It started raining this morning, just as Bill Withers' "Lovely Day" was on the radio, and I couldn't help but agree with the song, I'll take a bit of rain over bitter cold any day!

It's -2°C but there's a lovely grey cloud filling the sky and it looks almost slightly translucent giving it a greyish-blue hue, my favorite color.

Average dull grey here, which I tend to prefer, as long as its not pitch black.

It's been raining since the end of August, and we've had two windstorms, one of which sent a tree crashing through the roof of our neighbour's house, and another one down onto our powerlines causing them to explode, creating some nice fireworks out front, and a power outage for a relatively extended period of time.

It's both -4°C and very sunny with little wind, making it feel oddly cold and warm at the same time

You sure you didn't wander into England? It's always like this where I live

A bit above 0 now, kinda refreshing, I like it, no clouds and the sky is blue as heck.

Pretty dark and rainy, wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't at the beginning of the day, makes getting up all that more difficult.

Mmmm-Hmmm, so... last night, that was pretty awkward.
It is rainy and fresh at night and hot during the day, but here isn't what is strange.
The moon is almost completely full, according to my PiP-Boy's readings, it is at 42 % complete.
But yesterday at night, I was exhausted, but curiously near 1:00 AM, I started to wake up at frequent intervals and I came to the point where I was unable to sleep, so I woke up to drink some water and came back to bed, still unable to find sleep and moving around like crazy to sleep.
And suddenly I felt like some kind of surge of energy inside me and I wanted to "take off my shirt and run outside in the night under the cold light rain and breathe the fresh air" at least that's what I heard in my head, and after calming myself down I was able to sleep, I already noticed this affecting my behaviour but never to that point, and I never believed or was fan of werewolves stories that I call absolute bullshit but that's pretty curious

Rain and typical gloom, there's been rumblings of snow, but that's yet to be seen.

EDIT: 46000th post, yay!

There's a clip on BBC weather about how there's a jet stream giving all those European countries to the east all that snow but then it's like a big curve that avoids much of Western Europe. Jet streams are weird.

Indeed, I looked at the MetOffice, looks like we've got weather warnings for high winds and snow. Should be an interesting week methinks. Hopefully the weather isn't too disruptive.
