I know the feeling. Last time I went to the dentist it was after an eight-year drought, and I was shocked to see that he only found 5 small cavities.

When I do pushups, I don't count by how many I make in a serie.

I have this program inspired by the university of Oregon's football program where I put on an NFL game and do push ups depending on each score, as in every time someone scores, I make as many push-ups as the leader's current points. It makes easy series at first (3, 6 or 7) and gradually moves on to more difficult series of 30 to 40. All combined I've had evenings with more than 200 push-ups in a three-hour span.

And sometimes the matchs sucks ass and ends with the score 9-6, which makes about 20 push-ups total.
