Mmmh, long story short, < is trying to make him feel a little bit better in his body with a part of the mental and physical discipline of <'s Code since he neglected himself for two years now.
Curiously, all of this also contributes into making of < a better dude since the more it goes on and the more it reminds < of everything < has written and taught himself since the last two years.

But being being called "Coach" is just feeling odd.
