My name is derived from the exhaust pipe that extends from my head.
Hope I didn't go overboard, but I love this kind of thing

Harpic, you can take a hit, look quite handsome, have nimble fingers capable of many great things and can fade into the shadows with ease. You know your way around a conversation, though you're not the best at it at times. You're in okayish physical condition, but lifting rocks and staying at the front in the heat of battle isn't exactly your strongest point. And by the way, neither are tactics nor observation. If the subject of a conversation goes much further than "sandwiches", you'll have a hard time following along and most probably you'll just zone out and stare at a butterfly with a happy grin.(Harpic), ??? wrote:Name: (Harpic), ???

Master, you aren't exactly a charmer, but you know your way with people nonetheless. You can get things done and you're pretty suave when it comes to pick-pocketing and lock-picking. You can handle a tool well and though you enjoy magic more than anything, you could use some help casting it now and then.Master, mage wrote:Name: Master McMasterson of Masterton, who goes by the name of ‘Master’.

Though you are physically not the buffest being, you are definitely hardy. You can take a couple of hits to the face and stand pretty. Speaking of pretty, you're not too shabby on that front either. In fact, you're quite the eye-catcher. Though your ways around people aren't flawless, you can probably hide the fact you make awkward mistakes by lying straight to people's faces: they probably wouldn't even notice! And your hands are nimble and crafty, though your control over magicks leaves a lot to be desired. You can hide your tracks pretty well, but you won't be disappearing in front of anybody's eyes like a ninja, probably. And you're slow. Reeeaallly slow. Like a snail. Like Shrooblord.Udongo Mtu, clayman adonis wrote:Name: Udongo Mtu, the Man of Clay Whose Face is Gold

You'll do fine, I'm sure. RP, especially in a casual setting like this, isn't hard at allMaster wrote:Welcome, BadEyedBill! I'm not very experienced with RPGing myself, so I apologise in advance if I'm not quite up to speed. But I'm very excited to be able to experience this, and I do hope we'll have a good time together.

You have until Wednesday 22nd of March 02:00 (GMT+1) to post your actions this turn.Day 1. Camp fire, Royal Castle forest clearing
It is a quiet morning. Birds are singing. A Summer breeze is blowing. There is wanton screaming and chaos, people running around with their arms flailing.
Ah yes, the townsfolk are quite upset! What happened? You reach back into your memories.
Right. The kingdom is in complete disarray. But not for long. A heroic party has assembled to stop that daft Prol dead in his tracks. Or perhaps do something else. Nobody's ever quite sure what these guys are up to.Before you forms a dark cloud with black lightning licking the trees around you. A sorceror appears from its shadows. It is Prol, the Wizard of the Wastes! But who is that in his arms? Oh no! He has captured the young Prince Huxley!
“Ha-ah-ah-ah-ack!” he cackles, “Foolish adventurers! The heir to your throne is in my kingdom now. Without him, the line to your throne is doomed. Dooooomed! I dare you to try and stop me!”
And he disappears in a puff of smoke.
Resolute, you look towards the hill, where Prol’s dark mansion stands. Storm clouds gather above it. Behind you is the royal castle, where the Prince was most likely taken. Will you and your party set out to stop the evil Prol? Or will you rebel against your queen, now that her family is in distress and she is at her weakest? This is your adventure. You decide.
Shrooblord and Udongo Mtu are sitting by a camp fire in a forest clearing just outside the castle walls, waiting for Dog Food and Harpic to arrive. Here they come just now.
There is one more you are expecting: a mage named Master is coming down from a nearby settlement to join your cause. You should probably wait here until his arrival.
You are all new to each other's likeness. Maybe you could introduce yourselves?

Sadly, I lose track of time and go off on a huge hype speech about adventure and victory. I could be misreading, but it looks like people liked it.Greetings, my fellow companions. I am Master McMasterson of Masterton; Master for short. I have come to aid you, my good fellows, in our quest to save his highness, Prince Huxley. My training is incomplete, but I hope my magicks will light the way to success. We can succeed, together. Of this I am sure!
