Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
I mean that any random guy from another ubi forum could come without even registering.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
That's because the Ubi forums are a large set of categories. One for each board.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Exactly.
It's hard to put it without offending people.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Hard to put what?! And.... At RZ we just got 2 new admins. Curious....
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Ok, I'll put it how I want. (Please don't be offended)
The RaymanZone boards are totally f ed up now. The Lums Quest is no longer in use. The avatars are pointless (to RZ anyway
). Since this forum has been put in place the whole RZ has totally gone down for me. Why couldn't they bring back a phpBB, there wouldn't be any problems then.
A while back I emailed Ubisoft about why they chose a fucky Infop0p instead of a phpBB. They never replied.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
The PHP was hacked.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Yeah, I wonder why they never changed back. Most old users didn't want to come back because of that.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
They never switched back from fear of being hacked again.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Really?? Oh.... But they had to choose a board system that low? Couldn't it have been IPB or something??

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Perhaps Groupee is un-hackable.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
phpBB is unhackable once it's backed up. Every admin should know that. Ubisoft couldn't be assed to back it up.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Do not confuse phpBB and PHP, UbiSoft still uses PHP a bit. By the way, phpBB can be hacked, but it is very hard for an updated one.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
The site can be hacked, but can be retrieved once again. Once it's backed up, there is a spare copy of the database.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
Yes, if the database is saved often enough.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
A good active forum would need one saved every week, or I'd recommend it.
By the way, what IS the difference betweeen phpBB and php?

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
I guess Ubisoft are to lazy to even think about backing it up. But they would know they COULD be hacked, its their problem that they didn't back up often and have to resort to Groupee.

Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
PHP is a programming language. phpBB is a software coded in PHP.
Re: Raymanzone VS Pirate-Community
What does the BB mean?
