- Wake up at 5 am every morning (instead of 6:30), 30 minute footing (minimum) in a quite hilly place
- 200 situps + 30 pullups every day
- No meet for the entire week
- Football practice on tuesday and thursday.

I'm gonna feel like shit on friday evening. But that's what it takes to be beautiful.

Also, in preparation, < did 75 situps un one session, which is <'s personnal best. Usually < does series of 55.

< has only been to see a doctor once, and it was when < had a rather nasty whack on the head against a steel pole when < was little.
