Rayman 3 Problem

It's supposed to run automatically, but for the OP it seems it crashes silently.

Impossible, I'ts not working. I tried everything you all said, but the game does not launch.

I bought a PS2 to play Rayman Revolution and I will buy Rayman 3 for it too. Hope I'm the only one with this problem, because its super frustrating.

PD: Should I report this error? Can GOG give back my money?

Maybe it's obvious, but did you try re-downloading the game? Maybe the download was corrupt in some way.

It seems you can get a refund within 30 days as seen here: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articl ... tee-Policy
You should probably contact them regarding it.

I re-downloaded it 3 times and dont worked.

I have recalled that I had made some change to Windows 10 for Rayman 3 play, which is related with DirectX;

1 Setting - System -Apps & Features - Programs and Features - Turn Windows features on or off;
Checked DirectPlay of Legacy Components

2 Reboot PC - This is IMPORTANT!!
3 Download dxwebsetup.exe from : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Downloa ... aspx?id=35
3 Install dxwebsetup.exe to check missing DirectX components in PC
4 Then run R3_Setup_DX8.exe to set DirectX for R3.

Now take a screenshot of its pop-up screen with Alt+Prt Sc keys for review to all what happened in your PC

5 If you still have a problem, now adjust UAC i.e. User Access Control like as;

Thanks for the instructions a lot, but Im actually playing Rayman 3 in PS2.
Hope this instructions make the game work, in case someone else has this problem.
