Re: Music you are listening to now!
Hmm, what I tend to do in such instances is quote the previous post, and keep it open in a new tab, then delete the old post. Remove the quote tags in the new post, then just add on the new content. Only time I don't do that is when I'm bumping threads, and that's for timestamping purposes so the context of the previous conversation is maintained.
It's a bit of a kurfuffle, I admit, but it's not too hard to do. I know that members can delete posts if it's the last post in the thread.
Anyways, from Doctor Who again...
I really liked the callback they did with this track.

That’s exactly what I wanted to achieve.Master wrote:for timestamping purposes so the context of the previous conversation is maintained.
Well, sorry, it won’t happen again.

Perhaps so, but there's not really much context to maintain here, especially given that there's only about two hours between your posts.
I don't mess about with MIDI myself, but I wonder if there are any folk here who like tinkering with it. The person who's done this has worked in recreating and ripping the old MIDI tracks that RuneScape used to use.

I sometimes play with MIDI files and create new ones with FL Studio.Master wrote:I don't mess about with MIDI myself, but I wonder if there are any folk here who like tinkering with it. The person who's done this has worked in recreating and ripping the old MIDI tracks that RuneScape used to use.

Re: Music you are listening to now!
The intro was a bit harsh on the ears, but when it kicked off, yeah, very nice fusion of the three incarnations. I've always liked this track, though the first incarnation I heard was the Super Star Ultra variant, which sounds a lot more upbeat. The original is much more melancholic, and I love it for it.
On the topic of Kirby, a new Deluxe game came out on the 3DS, I came across some of its tracks. And in traditional Kirby fashion, a lot of it is remixes of old stuff, but as always, very nicely done. Here's one I was just listening to:
From what I can tell, this is a mash-up of two variants of the same theme. It also sounds like it's a new one, not a remix, but I'm not entirely sure on that.
