+ Got a brand new A/C unit after the last one broke down for the third time. I hope this helps lower my electric bill too.
+/- Might be babysitting my nephew every Wednesday. If this is true then it might help kick my motivation back into gear, but we'll have to see if this actually happens.

- Upstairs A/C was low on refrigerant, causing the coil to begin to ice over and the system to not cool like it should. Was down to 55PSI in the system, it needs to be 70PSI.
+ It was an easy thing to take care of, one of our guys came out and got it back up to where it needs to be.

What tech stack will you be using?

Windows/Visual Studio. We're working on in-house software at the moment (based on WPF), and all the computers run Windows, so I'm pretty at home to kick it off (I'm doing most of this one solo, and a friend of mine on the team is working on overhauling their website based on my Photoshop mockups). Later on we'll be working on a consumer app for Windows/OS X/iOS/Android/web, part of which involves rendering 3D models of home templates and demo walkthroughs, which will be my primary contribution to it. Fortunately, alongside having used OpenTK (.NET OpenGL layer) for RayTwol, I wrote a raw-C version of its (super basic) engine, which I can use as a base for the app.

Glad to know that a hobby helped you secure a job! It's always satisfying.

- I'm reminded of my own PSP, which could do with a tidying up, worse still, it's a glossy white model.
- I'm also reminded of the old Sony Xperia Play. Given how mobile gaming is beginning to take off, it'd be nice to have a phone that could dedicate itself to gaming.

That makes me wonder, has an official emulator ever been released for mobile? They're a perfect fit for mobile gaming (minus the touchscreen controls which could be fixed with some in-built phone buttons) and a lot of emulators have reached excellent levels of compatibility as I remember playing N64 and PS1 games flawlessly on a Nexus 4. It seems pretty obvious for Sony to release a phone with emulation optimisation and connection to the PS Store, though maybe the demand isn't as high as I imagine.

+ Well mine never left its super scrathed case, so no parts were damaged and is good as new, although now I have my PiP Boy so I don't use it as much as before.
