This isn't a big deal or anything, but did ^ just ignore the part where < said quotation marks are used to signify an unobvious pun or metaphor, yet take into account the part where < said that there's no pun or metaphor in your sig and that they serve no purpose because of it, and use that to justify why you put quotation marks?

No, < took what ^ said about the use of quotation marks and applied it to <'s answer to ^'s previous question.

When < was making the signature, <'s initial thought was the quotation marks could be used. < never thought twice about whether it was used correctly or not. Which was a complete mistake.
